Negotiations and completion
- Negotiation of price, timing and other purchase terms.
- Liaison with local agencies and the notary.
- Coordination of documentation and preparation of the notarial deed.
- Arrangements for translation of the deed and the participation of a sworn interpreter and a witness who speaks Polish or English and Italian; the witness’s participation is included in the service package.
- Support with handover to the new owner.

- Liaison with recommended geometri, designers and building contractors.
- Collection and comparison of quotations, and agreement of terms with contractors and material suppliers.
- Coordination of the programme and agreed budget.
- Site visits, progress monitoring and updates to the client.
