Lazy Palace estate (collage) The Łazy Palace Estate in Kampinos (sold) - The Łazy Palace estate is an opportunity to own a part of the Chopin family heritage. It includes a 311 m², 12-room wing of a 19th-century palace on 4.37 ha of enclosed park land and has potential for commercial redevelopment as a hotel, resort, or performance center, drawing on its proximity to the Chopin birthplace museum in Żelazowa Wola and the estate’s links with the Chopin and Skarbek families. Łazy lies just south of Kampinos National Park, 20 km from Poland’s new air hub, and 40 km west of Warsaw.

The Łazy Palace estate is ideally situated for possible redevelopment as a hotel, resort, or performance center that leverages the estate’s proximity to the Fryderyk Chopin birthplace museum and the estate’s own historical connections with the Chopin family, or as an assisted living center.

The estate is located near the Fryderyk Chopin birthplace museum and park in the neighboring village of Żelazowa Wola and just south of Kampinos National Park. Despite its tranquil and bucolic atmosphere, though, the estate is only 20 km away from Poland’s new central passenger airport that is being constructed in Baranów and just 40 km west of Warsaw, Poland’s most populous city, which hosts over 20 million visitors annually.

Łazy can be reached by train using ground transport from the nearby Teresin or Sochaczew stations, and it enjoys easy access to the east-west state road 580 and national highway 92, which connects Warsaw with Poznań via Sochaczew and Łowicz. Łazy also lies on the ancient “Royal Route” that connected the capital of Warsaw with the crown city of Sochaczew.

The address of the estate is Łazy 54, 05-085 Łazy. It is located at the outskirts of the village of Łazy and within the Kampinos municipal district (gmina), within Warszawski Zachodni county (powiat), and within the state (województwo) of Mazovia.
